Business Development Executive

We Are ABSTRACT is looking to expand by appointing a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Business Development / Sales and be forward thinking with their approach to securing new clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities – Including new markets, growth areas, trends and customers


  • Ability to work individually as well as in a small team


  • Developing effective marketing plans and execute them


  • Provide superior service to all clients


  • Lead Generation/constant interaction with the clients/prospective clients from across various countries


  • Preparing and developing reports and proposals


  • Ability to consistently meet targets


  • Establishing strong client relationship by providing accurate and timely information to clients regarding inquires such as product, pricing, quotes and issues/concerns


  • Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business


  • Collaborating with clients and making business deals that are beneficial for the company in the long run


  • Understanding the needs of the clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


  • Strong sales, negotiating and customer service skills.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Experience in sales or selling techniques


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite


  • High degree of confidentiality


  • Ability to work independently


  • 2+ years of experience required


  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
